Project Manager - Remote (12 Months)

Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone)

Location: Must reside in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone. Remote work with flexible travel to onsite as needed (most remote team members are required onsite approximately 2-4 days per year).

Summary: This position requires extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in project management, complex healthcare business operations, and organizational collaboration across various functional areas. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, highly effective written, presentation, and oral communication skills, and an independent, consultative approach to building business relationships. Candidates should demonstrate a hands-on project management style, engaging in executive and department-level discussions, creating and managing project plans, and being accountable for milestones and stakeholder communications.

13. Develop and execute enterprise-level communication plans

MUST HAVE'S

1. Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience
2. PMP, Six Sigma, Agile certifications or training
3. Experience with Soarian Financials and Clinical Project Management
4. Proven success leading large Revenue Cycle initiatives and understanding related workflows and metrics
5. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing enterprise technology and financial system deployments
6. Ability to identify risks and dependencies proactively, developing mitigation strategies with tactical recommendations
7. Experience leading cross-functional project teams, resource identification, data analysis, and quality review
8. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and partners
9. Experience presenting to executive leadership and groups of various sizes
10. Experience working in a centralized PMO environment with a solid understanding of project management principles
11. Healthcare/Hospital experience required
