Job summary

House Doctors STL in Saint Peters, MO is seeking an experienced Estimator/Sales professional for residential and commercial improvements, kitchens, baths and basements. You will estimate, sell, and manage projects from start to finish, leveraging leads and building long-term client relationships.

This base salary plus uncapped commission role offers strong operational support, an award-winning team culture, and growth opportunities with a national brand at the local level.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales.
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, and other projects.
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement.
• Professional, relationship-focused sales approach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in-person).
• Coordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion.
• Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team.
• Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities.
• Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL.
• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members.
• Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.

House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman service and home improvement company. We handle everything from small repairs to full remodel projects, both interior (bathroom, kitchen, basement) and exterior (deck, fence, siding, painting) projects. This role is well suited for an experienced professional who is result-driven, values autonomy, focused on long-term client relationships, and wants strong operational support and believes in team collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales;

• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement;
• Proven track record in successfully managing remodel and improvement projects from start to finish;
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up;
• Professional, relationship-focused sales approach;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
