Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Project Manager Refrigeration to oversee the execution of commercial refrigeration projects from plan to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and change orders, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams across site locations in the Philadelphia area.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 office days per week with travel to customer project sites. Candidates should have strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills and be able to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Refrigeration experience is a must.
• Experience working with and effectively leading cross functional teams.
• Strong skills with Word, Excel and Power Point skills required.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules.

Job description

The Project Manager Refrigeration oversees implementing the overall project plan for construction activities, delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost level. This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders. The PM will most likely be working on multiple projects for the commercial retail client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project work plans, including tracking and reporting resource availability, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Establish clear project roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate the overall planning for communication, project risk, change management and training.
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.

Position is hybrid working out of the office 2-3 days a week, with travel to customer project sites. It is preferred that candidates reside within 50 miles of the Huntingdon Valley, PA office.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
• All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment.
