Interparfums, Inc. based in New York is seeking a Project Manager for Change & Regulatory Initiatives. This role requires managing regulatory-driven changes within operations and overseeing product development processes.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in project management, preferably within the fragrance industry, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

The Project Manager, Change & Regulatory Initiatives is responsible for managing and ensuring the successful execution of regulatory-driven and product-related changes within the operations organization by planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
As part of the New Product Development team, which oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, this role focuses specifically on changes impacting existing product lines, including reformulation, compliance updates, and adjustments to filling, packaging, and production processes. This role involves full ownership of projects by working closely with regulatory, product development, operations, and marketing teams.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
