Adilstone Group in Columbus, GA seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical projects, split between office planning and on-site field execution. You will report to the owner and work closely with other PMs.
The role requires 5–7 years in electrical trades, knowledge of electrical codes, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel for drawings, submittals, and reports. On-site visits are part of the job.
Full-Time On-Site / Field (location disclosed to qualified candidates) Employment Type: Direct Hire Reports to: Owner
This company built its reputation on years of steady, well-run electrical work for commercial and government clients. Now they need someone to help carry that forward by managing multiple projects and keeping them on track.
You’ll work directly with the owner and other project managers, moving between the office and the field. Some days you’re in Bluebeam marking up plans and tracking numbers in Excel. Other days you’re on-site making sure the work matches the plan.
This role is for someone who already knows the electrical trade and is ready to build your project management skills. You’ll be learning as you go, with real support from an owner who wants you to grow into it.
Nice to have, not required: independent electrical journeyman status.
This role splits time between the office and the field. You’ll need to be just as comfortable behind a screen managing drawings and reports as you are walking a job site. Expect close, regular contact with the owner and project managers, and expect the day-to-day to shift based on what each project needs.
