Adilstone Group seeks a project coordinator with electrical industry experience to help manage multiple projects, switching between office planning and field oversight. You will work directly with the owner and other PMs, keeping plans aligned with the job site through hands-on drawing and data management.
The role emphasizes learning project management while gaining real support from an owner who wants you to grow. Expect a balance of desk work and on-site checks in a collaborative environment.
This company built its reputation on years of steady, well-run electrical work for commercial and government clients. Now they need someone to help carry that forward by managing multiple projects and keeping them on track.
You'll work directly with the owner and other project managers, moving between the office and the field. Some days you're in Bluebeam marking up plans and tracking numbers in Excel. Other days you're on-site making sure the work matches the plan.
This role is for someone who already knows the electrical trade and is ready to build your project management skills. You'll be learning as you go, with real support from an owner who wants you to grow into it.
Nice to have, not required: independent electrical journeyman status.
This role splits time between the office and the field. You'll need to be just as comfortable behind a screen managing drawings and reports as you are walking a job site. Expect close, regular contact with the owner and project managers, and expect the day-to-day to shift based on what each project needs.
The name of the hiring company is confidential and will be disclosed to qualified candidates during the recruitment process.
