Job summary

SERVPRO Team Landers is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead our Chico/Oroville markets. After mitigation, our reconstruction team rebuilds from start to finish under your leadership.

You’ll manage insurance restoration rebuilds, coordinate a dependable network of subcontractors, and run each project with financial discipline to deliver on budget, on schedule, and to carrier and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction or reconstruction projects.
• Established network of subcontractors or track record building one.
• Strong financial discipline with budgets, cost control, and margins.
• Excellent organization and communication; able to juggle multiple active jobs without detail loss.
• Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reconstruction projects from start to closeout.
• Build, schedule, and maintain subcontractors and trade partners to quality, safety, and timeline specs.
• Own job budgets; track costs against estimates; manage change orders to protect margins.
• Coordinate material selections, ordering, and deliveries.
• Communicate with property owners, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Walk jobs to verify progress, quality, and code compliance.
• Maintain complete job files, photos, and documentation in PM systems.
• Collaborate with mitigation and estimating teams for smooth handoffs.

About the Role

SERVPRO Team Landers is hiring an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to serve our Chico/Oroville markets. After mitigation is complete, our reconstruction team puts homes and businesses back together - and our PMs own that process from start to finish.

You’ll manage a pipeline of insurance restoration rebuild jobs, lead a dependable network of subcontractors, and run every project with the financial discipline it takes to deliver on budget, on schedule, and to a standard our customers and carrier partners can count on.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of reconstruction projects from job start through final walkthrough and closeout
• Build, schedule, and maintain a reliable base of subcontractors and trade partners, holding them to quality, safety, and timeline expectations
• Own job budgets - track costs against estimates, protect margins, manage change orders and supplements, and keep projects financially on target
• Coordinate material selections, ordering, and deliveries
• Communicate proactively with property owners, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the life of each job
• Walk jobs regularly to verify progress, quality, and code compliance
• Keep job files, photos, and documentation complete and up to date in our job management systems
• Work closely with mitigation and estimating teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate scopes

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction or reconstruction projects
• An established network of subcontractors, or a track record of building and managing one
• Strong financial discipline - comfortable with budgets, job costing, and gross profit accountability
• Excellent organization and communication; able to juggle multiple active jobs without dropping details
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting, and construction best practices
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Bonus Points For

• Experience with DASH job management software
• Estimating background, especially Xactimate
• Insurance restoration experience and familiarity with carrier and adjuster workflows
• Experience in both Oregon and Washington markets
