Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Consultant for Vue PACS to partner with healthcare customers, guiding them through the sales cycle with clinical insights. You will assess workflows, deliver tailored recommendations, and support implementation to drive adoption and outcomes.

Successful candidates will have PACS experience, strong DICOM/HL7 knowledge, and a track record of building trusted relationships across teams. This field role includes substantial travel and field-based collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in PACS implementation/administration or radiology.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, DICOM, and HL7.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and drive customer success.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Medicine/Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree with no experience or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • ARRT certification highly preferred.
  • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements; superb customer service and communication skills.

Acts as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating clinical benefits and best practices throughout the evaluation process.* Partners with customers during implementation to ensure solutions are successfully deployed and integrated into clinical workflows. Applies independent judgment to address challenges, resolve moderately complex issues, and drive positive customer outcomes.* Provides education, training, and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, helping them maximize adoption and effective use of the organization's solutions.
