Jobtailor is seeking a senior professional to serve as the primary point of contact for contractor management with Federal stakeholders in Washington, DC. You will lead all contract activities, develop and execute the Project Management Plan, and oversee documentation, reporting, and policy compliance.
The role requires ten years of Federal services experience, expertise in FOIA and FACA, and strong technical writing. A PMP is preferred; a related bachelor’s degree is encouraged.
Serve as the primary contractor management point of contact for Government stakeholders and lead all contract activities. Develop, maintain, and execute the Project Management Plan, including business processes, work breakdown structure, project schedule, milestones, resources, quality controls, and risk management. Manage project scope, schedule, staffing, risks, issues, deliverables, corrective actions, and continuity of operations. Track all assigned tasks and critical milestones; provide timely status reports, risk alerts, recovery actions, and management recommendations. Prepare and oversee monthly progress reports, annual summary reports, special status reports, executive briefings, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and decision records. Lead project support for ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, public‑inquiry workflows, SharePoint collaboration, and related Federal correspondence‑management processes. Coordinate documentation and improvement of controlled correspondence, FOIA, FACA, records‑management, content‑management, and administrative workflows. Support leadership initiatives through strategic analysis, Business Cases, Analyses of Alternatives, recommendations, and process‑improvement activities. Oversee development and revision of required standard operating procedures for correspondence, records, data quality, directives, forms, FOIA/Privacy Act, FACA, information collections, and related program areas. Ensure all deliverables are complete, accurate, technically sound, timely, and compliant with Section 508 accessibility requirements. Supervise qualified contractor personnel, subject‑matter experts, backup resources, workload priorities, training compliance, and personnel replacement activities. Lead transition‑in, transition‑out, knowledge transfer, data transfer, Government‑furnished equipment accountability, and protection of Government information and system access.
