Job description

As Project Manager Production (m/f/d), you act as the central operational and organizational hub within our Cross‑Domain Production. You take full ownership of demanding projects across the entire value chain, lead cross‑functional task forces, drive the ramp‑up of new products and build the structures that make our production scalable and investable.

You report directly to the Director Production and work closely with interdisciplinary teams from Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Quality and our production sites. From day one, you take ownership of your projects, shape cross‑functional initiatives and act as the reliable link between Production and all adjacent functions – nationally and internationally.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
  • Independent planning, steering and execution of demanding production projects across the entire value chain.
  • Operational and organizational lead of new product ramp‑ups: building and steering interdisciplinary launch teams, securing supply readiness and stabilizing serial production.
  • Lead and facilitate task forces on critical production and ramp‑up topics – from problem analysis and solution design through to implementation.
  • Identification, assessment and setup of new production and manufacturing spaces in close alignment with Site Management, Industrialization and Facility.
  • Acting as the central link between Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and SW – active stakeholder management on all levels, from shop floor to executive team.
  • Analysis of production data and KPIs to derive actions, escalations and decision papers for Production Management.
  • Preparation and support of gate reviews including cross‑functional alignment and documentation.
  • Independent ownership of topics and special initiatives: structuring, preparing and driving execution with clear accountability for results.
What you bring to the team:
  • Completed degree in a technical or business‑related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management within the manufacturing industry – ideally in high‑tech, aerospace or automotive; experience in operationally leading serial ramp‑ups and in setting up or scaling production structures.
  • Confidence in leading task forces and interdisciplinary teams – also without disciplinary authority.
  • Solid command of project management methods (classical and agile) as well as tools such as JIRA, MS Project and Power BI; knowledge of PLM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured way of working and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics, simplify them and turn them into decision‑ready content.
  • Confident stakeholder management across all levels, high level of initiative, hands‑on mentality and a reliable, results‑driven attitude.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, and enthusiasm for a dynamic, international high‑tech environment.
Our benefits:
  • Company pension scheme: We support you so that you can already make provisions for later.
  • Flexible working hours: With trust‑based working hours, you are not only responsible for your working hours, but also for your work‑life balance.
  • Stay active: With EGYM Wellpass, you get access to thousands of fitness and sports facilities — and of course, we subsidize the membership.
  • Bike‑Leasing: We support you in staying environmentally mobile and healthy.
  • Corporate Benefits: Your opportunity for attractive offers and discounts from well‑known suppliers and brands, e.g. Adidas, Apple, Expedia.
  • Employee events: We not only want to grow together, but also celebrate our successes together.
  • Lunch‑Card: Be powerful with delicious energy, daily lunch budget is sponsored.
  • Company Shuttle: Enjoy our convenient shuttle service that picks you up from Pasing in Munich and brings you to our location, with return trips at the end of the workday.
