Our client, a global leader in high-end design and manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMP) to join their growing team in Miami. With operations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, they are known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Toronto, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of high-visibility, large-scale projects
• Define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project lifecycle components including scope, risk, and issue management
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless delivery
• Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure all work complies with internal policies and relevant industry standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in design, manufacturing, or technical fabrication environments
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (25+)
