This role will work closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, and business leaders to translate pricing strategy into actionable project plans that improve pricing consistency, speed, adoption, margin performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, an understanding of pricing processes and commercial operations, and the ability to lead complex system and process implementations in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as a central project management lead for enterprise pricing initiatives, including new pricing system implementations, process redesign, and pricing capability enhancements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and dashboards for pricing transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Pricing leadership to translate pricing strategy and business requirements into clear implementation plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate across Pricing, Sales, Operations, IT, Digital, Data, and other business functions to support successful system configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Track project actions, status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively identify gaps and elevate decisions required to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of standardized pricing processes, governance routines, approval workflows, and decision rights.
  • Lead change management activities for new pricing systems and processes, including stakeholder communication, training coordination, readiness assessments, and adoption tracking.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor implementation progress, user adoption, process compliance, pricing effectiveness, and other key performance indicators.
  • Partner with Pricing, IT, and Data teams to improve pricing data quality, system integration, workflow automation, and reporting consistency.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post‑launch stabilization activities for pricing technology implementations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, project documentation, training materials, and governance standards to support repeatability and scalability.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and executive updates; clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify pricing workflows, reduce manual activity, improve quote turnaround time, and strengthen pricing discipline.
  • Partner with Pricing leaders and commercial stakeholders to ensure new tools and processes support business needs and are effectively adopted across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to analysts, project coordinators, or workstream leaders supporting pricing transformation initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives aligned with pricing transformation and commercial priorities.
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, pricing, commercial operations, business transformation, systems implementation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Experience implementing pricing, quoting, ERP, CRM, revenue management, or other commercial technology platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pricing processes, including price setting, price execution, quoting, approvals, discount governance, margin management, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure, prioritize, track, and drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, change management, training, and system deployment activities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex system and process topics into clear actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams, drive accountability, and manage competing priorities without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset.
