Big Power Plant Upgrades Need More Than a Plan. They Need Someone Who Can Bring It All Together.

Are you an experienced power generation Project Manager who knows how to keep complex capital projects moving from engineering through construction and commissioning? Can you coordinate multiple contractors, anticipate problems before they impact the schedule, and deliver results when the outage clock is running?

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Power Generation Capital Projects & Outage Execution to support a major modernization and capital improvement program at a Texas power generating facility.

This long-term assignment extends through May 2028 and offers a flexible, part-time schedule during initial planning and engineering, transitioning to full-time support as two major plant outages approach.

The Challenge

You’ll take ownership of project coordination and execution across multiple capital improvement initiatives, working closely with plant leadership, engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and construction contractors.

  • Coordinating multiple engineering firms, OEMs, equipment suppliers, contractors, and plant operations personnel.
