We are seeking a Project Manager for Learning and Development with strong expertise in tracking and reporting project progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects, creating Gantt charts, and compiling comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making within the L&D environment.

In this project management role, the candidate will monitor our team's work across various projects, ensure timelines are adhered to, and objectives are met. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira is required to enhance project execution and reporting processes.

The candidate will prepare weekly Learning and Development reports, including detailed Gantt charts for project timelines and milestones. They will also coordinate and compile quarterly reports to provide insights into project progress and outcomes, aligning with the strategic goals of the L&D team.

Strong organizational skills are crucial, as the candidate will regularly update the Associate Director of Learning and Development on project progress. This role reports to the Associate Director, ensuring strategic alignment and effective project management.
