This position focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and other processes related to the business. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues/risk.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience and results in managing intermediate to large-scale projects, with a solid understanding of project management methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk management plans.
• Proficiency in standard applications and project-specific software, with the ability to quickly learn new software and instruct others.
• Problem identification and anticipation skills, with the ability to present solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Ability to consult with senior project management staff and refer to established procedures or prior experience for decision-making. Projects may impact multiple departments and involve team organization.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience: 2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with relevant experience.

Preferred Education: Additional formal project management training.

Preferred Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.
