Job Description

This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and related processes within the business. Project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience and results in managing medium to large-scale projects with a structured approach. Solid understanding of project management methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk management plans.
• Proficiency with standard project management software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and instruct others.
• Problem identification and anticipation skills, with the ability to propose solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may have cross-functional impacts.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with experience.

Preferred Education

Additional formal project management training is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable.
