Garney Construction is seeking a Project Manager position in Wheat Ridge, CO. Candidates must have previous project management experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing project costs and WIP projections
• Managing job site supervisory personnel
• Building and maintaining project schedules
• Developing and maintaining owner relations
• Negotiating and purchasing materials
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
• Contract negotiation and administration

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience
