Job summary

Dale Workforce Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Physical Security projects from concept to implementation. You will guide design, procurement, and installation for Access Control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA and FCC requirements.

The role requires a deep technical background, strong leadership, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Remote work is allowed from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing design and installation projects for Access Control and Video Management Systems (CCTV).
• Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar software for mark-ups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Manager for Physical Security systems, including Access Control (ACS), Video Surveillance (SVS/CCTV), and intrusion detection.
• Utilize Bluebeam Revu to develop and review technical markups and design documentation.
• Lead projects through the design, procurement, and installation phases, providing technical support to Project Management and Field teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with federal, state, and local codes (NFPA), as well as FCC licensing requirements and industry best practices.
• Perform site surveys to validate designs, troubleshoot existing systems, and implement quality control audits to ensure high-standard deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Attend weekly stakeholder meetings to provide technical updates, communicate design requirements, and manage project deadlines.
• Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment through effective task delegation and technical coaching.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex technical projects from initial concept through successful implementation. This dual-faceted role requires a deep technical background in Physical Security Systems (ACS, CCTV, Intrusion).
