Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D and product development projects using portfolio management tools to drive timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness.
• Define resource needs, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure all partners understand roles, responsibilities, and project expectations.
• Build and manage detailed project timelines, track progress, escalate risks, and drive contingency planning to protect ship dates.
• Run weekly cross‑functional meetings, communicate clear agendas and action items, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, initiate change reviews when objectives shift, and maintain alignment with business and launch plans.
• Prepare project plans, dashboards, and status reports; conduct lessons‑learned reviews and apply insights to future programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and global project execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D and product development projects using portfolio management tools to drive timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness.
• Define resource needs, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure all partners understand roles, responsibilities, and project expectations.
• Build and manage detailed project timelines, track progress, **escalate** risks, and drive contingency planning to protect ship dates.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree; scientific or technical background preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in personal care, beauty, cosmetics, or consumer product development (R&D, Operations, or Engineering).
• Experience managing regulated or OTC product categories a plus.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed, global environment.
• Skilled in project planning tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, portfolio systems) and standard productivity software.
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously and presenting to leadership at all levels.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills.
