Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and assist with team development focusing on business development responsibilities in the Rock Hill area.
• Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast market.
• Utilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project management.
• Responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.
• Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years progressive experience in civil engineering, including municipal and/or transportation infrastructure.
• Experience and enjoyment of managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.
• Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong active listening and team building skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Rock Hill, York County, and surrounding area a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
