A painting service provider in Ambler seeks a Project Supervisor to manage multiple painting crews and ensure quality control on projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspections, project kick-offs, and contributing to excellent client experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee 6 – 10+ painting crews.
• Complete project Kick-Offs and Inspections.
• Interact with clients to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Completing Inspections for each project per the Inspection Guide
• Completing a Final Inspection per the Final Walk Through with the crew prior to a final walk through with clients and prior to submitting payment requests for the crew
• Reporting each week to the General Manager
• Continuing to learn about the growing industry of residential & commercial painting and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the client
• Interacting with clients to contribute to a “5 Star Experience” for our clients
• Daily/Weekly check-ins with General Manager
