Job summary

Service In is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of painting projects from apartment turns to large commercial jobs. You’ll be the primary operations contact, reporting to the COO and leading a team of Assistant Project Managers.

You’ll work with Account Executives on client growth while ensuring work is completed on time and to spec. You will assign crews, monitor pipelines, verify completion through photos, respond rapidly to client needs, and coordinate change orders with AEs and

• Build and maintain spec sheets so field teams know exactly what each site requires

Service In is a modern services company built to keep spaces ready. In less than two years, we’ve grown to serve 650+ multifamily, commercial and construction clients across the Southeast. We handle painting, cleaning and floor care, with 250+ jobs a day and 2 million sq ft cleaned every night.

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you’re assigned to a set of clients and own the delivery of every painting project in your portfolio, from apartment turns to larger commercial and construction projects. You report to the COO and lead a team of Assistant Project Managers (APMs).

This is a client-facing role. You’re the primary point of contact for anything operational. If a schedule changes, a crew doesn’t show, or a client has an urgent need, you own the execution and deliver a solution.

You work alongside our Account Executives. They own the client relationship and growth. You own operations and ensure the work gets done right.

What you’ll do
