Job description

A rapidly growing digital infrastructure advisory firm is seeking a Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center development in the Columbus, Ohio area.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly on the owner’s side of major mission critical developments, supporting construction oversight, reporting, project controls, and stakeholder coordination across multi-phase data center projects.

Unlike traditional GC-side project management roles, this position focuses on protecting the owner’s interests throughout the construction lifecycle by monitoring project execution, validating reporting, tracking changes, and helping leadership teams understand project progress and risks.

The organization advises investors, developers, and operators on large-scale digital infrastructure developments across North America and is currently supporting multiple hyperscale projects valued in excess of $1B.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the owner’s interests during construction activities
  • Monitor project execution from pre-construction through commissioning
