Job summary

Formr, a digital infrastructure advisory firm, is seeking a Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center development in the Columbus, Ohio area. You will work on the owner’s side, overseeing construction, reporting, project controls, and stakeholder coordination across multi-phase data center projects.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of construction or project management experience.
• On-site experience on large construction projects.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner’s interests during construction activities.
• Monitor project execution from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Review and validate reporting from the General Contractor.
• Track construction progress, risks, delays, and change management.
• Support project controls and reporting functions.
• Assist with cost tracking and construction performance analysis.
• Prepare clear executive-level progress reporting and updates.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and construction teams.
