Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in mechanical or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects to stay on track, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations to ensure resources, materials, and support to meet timelines.
• Manage project financials and reporting, budgets, and change orders.
• Mitigate project risks with contingency plans and proactive issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison with the general contractor to align goals and resolve conflicts.
• Lead and develop project engineers and administrative staff.
