Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager for a major project in Central Washington. You will oversee planning, execution, team leadership, and client relations, with full ownership of projects.

  • Master change management by reviewing designs, estimating costs and negotiating change orders.
  • Optimize workforce planning with strategic scheduling of personnel.
  • Control costs and financials including labor, materials, billings, and contracts.
  • Lead and develop your team by mentoring Project Engineers.

Senior Construction Project Manager

Compensation

$120,000-$160,000 Annually
