Job summary

Jaco General Contractor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide projects from preconstruction through completion.

The role involves collaborating with clients, designers and the estimating team, and then assembling and leading project teams through construction. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, demonstrate strong leadership and customer-relations skills, and be proficient in Excel and Procore.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Procore (or similar PM platform).
• Strong leadership and customer-relations skills.

At Jaco, our project managers play a crucial role throughout all phases of the construction process. Their involvement often begins during the preconstruction and design phases of our projects, where they work closely with clients, designers and the Jaco estimating team. Once a project enters the construction phase, the project managers take full control, assembling and leading their project teams from groundbreaking to project completion.

Our project managers are team players who are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our projects are successful.

Jaco’s mix of work is as diverse as our project size: hospitality, multi-family, retail, healthcare, higher education and recreation/entertainment, with project sizes ranging from $2M to $80M. Our construction footprint is nationwide, and we are licensed or authorized to work in over 40 states.

Compensation package includes base salary plus project completion bonus. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon prior experience, knowledge, and skill level.
