Position Overview

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead K-12 capital projects throughout the Southeast region, supporting program management, design, construction oversight, and operational support across multiple opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects through procurement, design, construction, activation, closeout, and warranty.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project communications; serve as primary point of coordination.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, constraints, and potential impacts.
• Coordinate design reviews, permitting, procurement activities, and construction execution.
• Support management of contracts, pay applications, change orders, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with Program Controls regarding forecasting, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Facilitate coordination between district departments, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Maintain project documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
• Support project activation, occupancy planning, turnover, and warranty coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (education may be substituted for experience where permitted).
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or CCM certification.

Related Experience

• Owner representation, design & construction experience.

Compensation

Base salary range: $95,000.00 to $145,000.00, adjusted by location and qualifications.
