Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in drywall and framing to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of commercial subcontractor experience, a proven ability to manage multiple projects, and expertise in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for accurate estimating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead drywall and framing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Perform detailed takeoffs using OST software
• Create budgets, bids, and proposals based on architectural drawings and scopes
• Coordinate with clients, GCs, field teams, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in drywall estimating and project management
• Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Experience working with commercial drywall subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
