We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience leading end-to-end software development projects across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage software development projects through their full lifecycle—from planning to delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies using tools such as JIRA and other project management platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Maintain project health by proactively identifying issues and removing blockers.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering web and mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and other project planning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to foresee potential project risks.
• Adept at coordinating remote, cross-functional teams with a clear focus on value delivery.

Work Structure and Time Commitment:

• This is a 100% remote position, with working hours aligned to the EDT/EST timezone.
• The project will run for 64 weeks, starting with a full-time commitment (128 hours/month) for 46 weeks, followed by a part-time phase (80 hours/month) for the remaining 18 weeks.
• Flexibility is key: while your daily hours may vary depending on project demands, the total number of hours per month will always be honored.
