Job summary

Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Project Manager to support the growth of Operations and Midstream project portfolios. You will coordinate across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams to drive major AFE and projects from definition to closeout.

The role is hybrid, based in Morgantown, WV, with three days in the office and field presence as needed to ensure alignment between planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience in oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Experience developing schedules, tracking budgets, preparing reports, and identifying project risks or constraints.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting systems preferred; experience with Monday.com and SiteView is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations and Midstream projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from definition through closeout.
• Coordinate activities across Surface Acquisition, Engineering & Design, Permitting, Construction, Midstream, Water Transfer, and Operations teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Monday.com, tracking progress, constraints, risks, and critical path activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and status updates through PMO systems.
• Support budget development and monitor project expenditures using SiteView.
• Facilitate project meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure stakeholders have visibility into priorities.
• Support project bidding, contractor coordination, and project closeout activities.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes.
