Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, Earth Science, or related technical discipline.
• Progressive experience in petroleum geology, development geology, operations geology, or reservoir characterization.
• Strong understanding of subsurface mapping, stratigraphy, structure, and data integration.
• Experience supporting drilling, completions, reservoir, or operations teams.
• Proficiency with geologic interpretation, mapping, and data management; able to handle large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop geologic deliverables and technical interpretations to support Reservoir, Drilling, Completions, and Operations teams.
• Maintain and enhance geologic mapping database with maps, cross sections, and stratigraphic frameworks.
• Integrate well, geologic, petrophysical, production, and operational data for field development and planning.
• Provide geologic input for drilling and completions planning, including target selection and risk identification.
• Support M&A and business development through subsurface evaluation and data room analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve workflows and decision quality.
• Prepare technical summaries, maps, and decision-support materials for stakeholders.
• Capture geoscience knowledge and support department continuity and succession planning.
