The Office of Transformation is responsible for leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across NPR to support our ambitious goals for audience growth and enhanced Network collaboration. The Project Manager functions as the central operational coordinator within the Office of Transformation. Tasked with steering high-priority initiatives, this role oversees complex transition timelines, coordinates deliverables between multiple independent teams, and ensures all project milestones are hit on schedule. This position requires a collaborative, detail-driven leader who can seamlessly bridge operational gaps between technical, financial, and station relations functions.

Hybrid Permitted : This is a hybrid permitted role. Some aspects of this role require duties better performed at an NPR facility. The employee will be required to be in the office at the Washington, D.C. location at least 10 days a year. The employee must also reside in an NPR-supported location based on the number of on-site days they choose.
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Salary Range : The U.S.-based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $97,000-$105,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
