The successful candidate will have experience managing municipal or public infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This individual will be an effective communicator and collaborative leader with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and mentor engineering staff.
FPA’s Municipal Services Department supports municipal clients throughout New Jersey with the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of municipal infrastructure and capital improvement projects. Our multidisciplinary teams work closely with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utility providers to deliver practical solutions that address community infrastructure needs.
The Project Manager – Municipal Services will oversee projects from initial planning through design and construction, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, technical quality, and overall delivery. Serving as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, this individual will coordinate project teams and stakeholders, lead client and public meetings, oversee construction administration activities, and help resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement plans. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set. FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
