These staff will perform QA/QC over the FAA’s Enterprise Project Management tool, Status Tracker, Quad Charts, and triage requests for support, as well as the initial contact with the customer system or program to determine the level of support that will be needed for each customer. Project Managers perform a variety of support functions to ensure programs, projects and business operational activities are completed successfully on time and within budget.
