Mountain Management Group is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in Denver, CO. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and involves direct collaboration with the Construction Executive on contracts and client proposals.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, coordination with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely and on time. Experience in podium construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in a construction related field preferred.
• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Podium Construction experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
