You will support the entire development process from planning to construction, assist with financial analysis, and work closely with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 4-7 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. The role includes a competitive salary between $125K to $150K and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience in construction, real estate development, or another related field.
• Ability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development from acquisition to project closeout.
• Assist with financial feasibility analysis for projects.
• Facilitate meetings with project team members.
• Conduct site visits to track construction progress.
• Coordinate turnover of the finished property to the operations team.
