A well-established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial projects across Long Island. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with subcontractors. Applicants should have over 5 years of project management experience and strong knowledge of construction methods. Formación

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in one of the sectors stated.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project scheduling.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Review drawings, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
• Lead project meetings with ownership and internal teams.
• Manage change orders and project closeout documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
