Job summary

TBWA is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago to lead project integration and coordination across multi‑agency teams for the US Army account. You will drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery within scope.

The role requires strong communication, leadership under pressure, and the ability to manage resources and stakeholders across disciplines, delivering optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3–6+ years project management experience in an advertising agency or with multi‑agency teams.
• Experience leading multiple large‑scale projects across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Workfront, JIRA, and Microsoft Suite.
