Location: Landover, MD
Salary: $75-100k DOE

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project completion.
• Review and approve project designs, including millwork and CAD drawings, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications.
• Implement LEED standards and practices to promote sustainability in construction projects.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Working experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with millwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, CAD software, and blueprint reading.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certification nice to have but not required including LEED AP, PMP, or CCM
