Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to bolster project planning and organization across North America.

You will implement project management principles and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and business needs, supporting complex energy and industrial projects. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in PM/CM/Engineering with 5+ years of related experience; oil and gas exposure is preferred, along with Primavera and MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with oil and gas industry preferred.
• Experience with natural gas compressors preferred.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments.
