Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Perrysburg, OH, to support planning and organization across complex energy and industrial projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to meet deadlines and business needs.

You will engage in project management principles, coordinate with subcontractors and project managers, and contribute to safe, efficient field execution on site. Strong communication and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM/CM/Engineering or related field; 5+ years experience.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• Natural gas compressors experience preferred.
• Familiar with safety policies and procedures; MS Office and Primavera preferred.

What it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience with oil and gas industry preferred
• Experience with natural gas compressors preferred
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments
