Job Title: Project Manager - M&A in Corporate Legal at Honeywell

As a Project Manager in the M&A sector within Honeywell's Corporate Legal function, you will lead and manage M&A-related projects across Legal groups as part of Legal Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Legal Operations, you'll work out of Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule. Your role is crucial in managing complex projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other strategic transactions, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and M&A teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee M&A integration or separation activities across all Legal groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for M&A projects.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Monitor project progress and address risks and issues.
  5. Ensure effective communication and reporting on project status.
  6. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to promote continuous improvement.
  7. Partner across the organization to develop and enhance Legal Global Design Models (GDMs) related to M&A.
  8. Lead by example, guiding others, including senior staff, to improve program management skills organization-wide.
  9. Develop and refine resources to enable more effective project management within the function.
