A leading company is seeking a Project Manager for M&A in their Corporate Legal function. This role involves managing complex projects related to acquisitions and integrations, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams. As a Project Manager in the M&A sector within Honeywell's Corporate Legal function, you will lead and manage M&A-related projects across Legal groups as part of Legal Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Legal Operations, you'll work out of Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule. Your role is crucial in managing complex projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other strategic transactions, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and M&A teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee M&A integration or separation activities across all Legal groups.
