LOA: Ladders is seeking a Project Manager (MEP Engineering) for a remote role overseeing complex engineering projects from planning through construction. Focus on client service, scope control, and financial stewardship with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.

This role supports business development through client engagement and proposals. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years as PM, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
• Preferred PE, PMP, or equivalent license.
• Experience in healthcare or government contracting markets is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager (MEP Engineering) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee complex engineering projects from early planning through design and construction, with a strong emphasis on client service, scope control, and financial stewardship. The Project Manager will coordinate multi-discipline teams, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work on schedule, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations. This is a highly visible position that also supports business development through client engagement, proposal efforts, and executive reporting.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities
