Director of Operations and Talent – Engineering, Design, and Construction

About the Role

We’re growing and have a strong pipeline of high-profile work. To support this momentum, we’re seeking Senior Project Managers to join our teams in Philadelphia, PA, Newark, NJ, or New York City (your choice of office). If you thrive in a fast-moving, client-focused environment, we’d love to talk.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects across healthcare, laboratory, mission critical, commercial, academic, and life sciences sectors.
  • Serve as the prime consultant; manage external sub-consultants including architects, structural, and civil engineers.
  • Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams, architects, and contractors.
  • Develop proposals, estimate A/E fees, and present team qualifications.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Maintain effective client communication and relationships.
  • Apply strong technical understanding and build rapport with partners and stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (Master’s and PE preferred).
  • 8+ years of project management experience in an engineering, architecture, or A/E consulting environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and cloud collaboration tools.

Pay range and compensation package

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure, geographic location, and education, but our total rewards package should fall between $155,000 to $195,000.00 annually.
