Job summary

Sekisui Diagnostics in San Diego is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and deliver complex diagnostics projects on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project leadership, strong planning and risk mitigation skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.

PMP is desirable; experience with Japanese culture is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of success leading complex projects, ideally in medical device, diagnostics, biotech, or pharma.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and tracking expertise.
• Ability to anticipate risks and drive decisions to keep projects moving.
• Collaborative leadership to build trust and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and sub-teams to ensure accountability for objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
