  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals (electrical or mechanical as applicable).
  • Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and project management best practices.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and how they integrate into projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project financials, contracts, change orders, and reporting.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with design-build and/or lean construction practices a plus.
  • Experience with data centers, healthcare, federal, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
What We Offer
