Job summary

Tessy Plastics Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex programs from initiation through closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with Sales and Technical Leads. You will ensure program success by managing scope, resources, cost, and timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to mediate between teams while delivering on milestones and continuous improvement of PM practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple departments.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage customer relationships and customer teams throughout project/program.
• Outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, costs and timing; track budget and closeout.
