Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead complex programs, drive results across multiple sites, and ensure delivery within cost and schedule targets.

You will mentor teams, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and Pricing to win bids and optimize profitability. Responsibilities include coordinating kick-offs, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and track project plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Monitor progress, report to management, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Lead customer negotiations and interface with internal stakeholders on specs, delivery and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EEO, OSHA, and company policies.
