NTT Data is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple, competing requests in a fast-paced Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple, competing requests in a fast-moving MA&D environment.
• Maintain Composure Under Pressure: Navigate high-stress scenarios with calm professionalism, ensuring clear communication and focused problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in challenging or high-pressure interactions.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Leverage a solid understanding of infrastructure systems and data flows to address technical challenges and enable smooth transitions.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted mediator to resolve conflicts and competing priorities, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
• Proactive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows and processes to better meet the demands of the program.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis to anticipate needs, inform decisions, and track progress toward key milestones.
• Adaptable Leadership: Adjust strategies dynamically to align with shifting organizational priorities and goals.
• Grit: Demonstrated ability to persevere through challenges with determination, focus, and creativity, finding solutions even in complex or high-pressure situations
• Exceptional ability to foster collaboration, de-escalate tension, and maintain a professional yet positive work environment.
• Familiarity with infrastructure systems, data flows, and IT service delivery in MA&D contexts.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70.00-$74.50/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits .
